Locating the Departure Building on Spaceport
To begin the mission, deploy into a match on Spaceport after accepting the task from Lance. Head toward the massive Departure Building, which is situated on the western side of the map. Because this location is a major point of interest for rare loot, expect player activity along the perimeter.
You can approach the building safely from the south side by slipping through the broken lower windows. Alternatively, players arriving from the east side can utilize a utility man lift to access upper floors directly. Sticking to covered entrances reduces your visibility to roaming enemies and competitive squads.
Navigating to the Medical Exam Room
Once inside the Departure Building, your primary destination is the second floor. Walk up the main interior staircase or take the elevator shaft up to reach the upper level. From the top of the stairs, head toward the northwestern quadrant of the floor.
Keep an eye out for wall signage featuring green medical cross symbols marking the clinical hallway. You will notice signs labeled for exam rooms near an open lounge area with scattered tables. Entering this marked corridor will update your quest log to confirm you reached the correct location.
Finding and Examining the Medical Records
Inside the medical area, search the desks positioned along the right side of the room. The target medical records appear as a stack of documents emitting a subtle yellow glow prompt. Hold the interaction button to inspect the file until the search bar fills completely.
If the file is not on the primary desk, check the adjacent workstations within the same office space. The item spawn can occasionally shift slightly, but it always remains inside this designated wing. Once searched, a notification pop-up will signal that the objective is complete.
Completing the Quest and Claiming Rewards
One major advantage of this assignment is that extraction is completely optional for quest completion. As long as the interaction finishes, your progress is permanently recorded for the round. You can freely continue looting the facility or head to an extraction elevator at your own pace.
Upon returning to your base, turn in the completed task to collect your mission rewards. You will receive heavy defensive equipment alongside medical consumables like adrenaline shots and healing augments. Completing this objective clears the path for advanced quests across other contested sectors.
